AUSTRALIA WIDE
All purchases will be packed within one-two working days of your order. We deliver using a range of couriers and can only ship to a residential address. All orders are sent through Standard Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-5 working days. We do not ship to PO Box’s or Parcel lockers. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.

Shipping is FREE Australia wide! Whether you purchase one set of lashes or ten, shipping is FREE!
INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)

All orders are sent through Standard Post and you should expect your items to arrive within 3-12 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. If you would like to get an estimate of the shipping time to your country, please email us and we can assist you further.
SHIPPING COSTS INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)
We charge a flat rate of $15AUD for International Shipping and are able to ship anywhere in the world.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our website and have a 7 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please contact us via email at info@joannebarakat.com.au within 7 days of shipment. Please include your name and order details in the email so we may assist you further.
