Cancellations - 24 hours or less
Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will attract a non-refundable fee, which will be 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. Cancellations must be IN WRITING, by text message, email or a phone call.
Cancellations - 6 hours or less
Cancelling or rescheduling within 6 hours of your appointment time and 'No Shows' (not showing up for your appointment without any prior communication), will be charged the FULL amount of their booking fee. To avoid this you need to inform us IN WRITING, by text or Call that you are unable to attend your appointment more than 6 hours before.
We really would hate to apply our cancellation policy, as a small business this can affect us more than you may realize, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule please notify us ASAP if you can't make it, so we can give the appointment to someone on the waiting list.
